Dose:
Adults, including elderly and children over 12 years: 2-4 tablets after meals, 3 times a day. Chew or swallow with liquid.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
May be used during pregnancy and breast feeding.
Not recommended for children under 12 years old.

Active ingredient:
Activated charcoal powder BPC1934 at 300mg per tablet, produced from coconut shells.

Other ingredients:
Icing sugar, potato starch, gum tragacanth, magnesium stearate. (all ingredients are from vegetable sources)

Sugar content, each tablet contains less than 0.45 calories of sugar, the maximum recommended dose of 12 tablets per day contains a total of 5.4 calories.

Hi Demand for the product at this time is very high, our focus is to supply the market with the the 100's pack. Once demand has been fulfilled we shall then commence production of the 250's presentation. Unfortunately we don't have a date at this time.

What's the difference between tablets and capsules? Thanks

Thank you for your email, in terms of product performance none, each product contains 300mg of activated charcoal. The tablet contains a small amount of sugar which amounts to 4 calories per tablet, they can also be a little dusty as they are formulated to break down rapidly in the body and as such may leave a residue in the mouth, tablets are suitable for vegans. The capsules do not contain any sugar, they are clean and leave no residue when taken, the capsule is made fro gelatin and is not suitable for vegans. How does the sugar content affect the binding capacity of the charcoal? The intended use is to take it at night on empty stomach to help the liver shedding waste substances, hence other substances taking up the carcoal's capacity to bind will affects it's efficiency. Dear Orjan Thank you for your email, sugar itself is used as a component in the tablet formulation which is used to hold the tablet together. Sugar does not reduce the efficacy of the product, in fact activated charcoal is used in the sugar manufacturing process to refine the product as it acts as a decolourising agent. If you require a product which does not contain any sugar, I would suggest that you consider using our charcoal capsules. Kind regards
